He's been headed off, heeled & break away off of and runs a mean set of poles (21's). He's just one example of the M-Bar Ranch proven bloodlines.Take it to the MAX with Summum Maximum!! AKA Max. Max is a 10 year old gelding who is bred to run, and loves to turn. You can not run this guy past a barrel. You want to enjoy the feel of a horse who knows and loves his job this is your guy. You send him as hard as you can from the gate, and never touch his head, just hang on and enjoy the trip, he needs no help except kicking to keep his motivation going. He will make the same trip every single time; the only difference may be in how hard you ride. Little pens, big pens, deep ground concrete, he will run and turn on it all. He has an absolutely amazing 1st barrel, that is the $$ barrel. Max does need a lot of outside riding and not a lot of barrel work; he needs to remember to be light in the bit and soft in the face. Max has also been roped on, ran poles, and used on a ranch and in feedlots. He knows where his feet are, and can cover the country. His super long smooth stride, just eats up ground and your amazed at how he clocks. The more you run him the harder he runs, the better he turns. This is a guy you need to load up and head down the road, would be perfect for a college, or an amateur girl who is looking to move to the next rung of the ladder to a pro horse. He can be competitive with the top horses in the world. If your ready to take it to the MAX so is he.
